Through The Suddes Group we provide strategic coaching and custom training. It's been our vision for the last 10 years to take the work we do in the field (via The Suddes Group) and openly share our methods… scaling our impact... helping thousands of nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneurs – that's why we created For Impact.

Inspired by websites like TED.com and MIT's Open Course Initiative, we're launching a new service called our OPEN COACHING NETWORK.

The highlight of this OPEN COACHING is the ability for participants to watch and learn from real asks. We then debrief each ask, discus how we got the visit, choice of words, follow-up etc. We've packaged all this in a way that you can access from your office – free for the first 200 organizations to join the network. Through OPEN COACHING you can also:

• Get Ideas and Ways to Work With and Engage the Board
• Access 140 Seminars – Including our Funding Boot Camp

Our intention is to do three things:

1. Scale our impact. I hope to hear about how this has helped you save lives, change lives and impact lives.

2. Spread the For Impact message. This gives participants a great way to understand the value of Boot Camp and The Suddes Group's custom solutions.

3. Be a ‘capacity building resource’ for nonprofits that are not able to take advantage of consulting/coaching.

This is a big step for us. I've always thought of For Impact as something bigger than The Suddes Group. It's about sharing an approach and giving others the tools to build on that approach. To that end, I'm excited and hopeful that a real community will emerge to use and own these ideas -- that are some 25 years in the making.
