Several times each year we hold an organizational fund development boot camp at our leadership center in central Ohio (unless otherwise noted). Focal points include defining your cause, your purpose, your vision; building a development strategy focused on major gifts with a proven sales process; and maximizing relationships with major gift investors. Each Boot Camp is limited to 3-4 organizations so that our team can provide custom coaching, training and strategy.

The Boot Camp is geared for rapid transformation and immediate funding results. About half of our attending organizations select Boot Camp in lieu of a strategic planning/case-statement-building-process/campaign prep. In only two days, these organizations are ready to take a quantum leap. They have the simple message, tools and an action plan to jumpstart a major funding effort.
