The Board Workshop is two hours in length and requires 70% board participation as well as the participation of senior staff and development staff – if applicable.
In addition to being a near term funding catalyst, The Board Workshop is often a great way to get started with The Suddes Group, months in advance of a potential campaign or other custom solution. It forms the foundation for a relationship by transferring immeasurable value to an organization and by helping The Suddes Group learn about your mission.
Investment: Board Workshops start at $1000 plus travel expense.
