Wow. Hard to believe… Day 50 here already!
Some midpoint thoughts around your 3 ‘should be’:
- You should be pretty clear on your MESSAGE by now…
- You should be using some kind of ‘ENGAGEMENT TOOL’…
(Napkin, Vision Card or Altitude: Purpose, Priority, Plan) - You should be ‘PRACTICING’ your PRESENTATION…
(multiple times a week or day!)
I’ve learned through a lot of training, trial and error that you can be overwhelmed with all the things you should be doing. Keep it SIMPLE. DO those 3 things… and wonderful stuff will happen.

BUSINESS TO ARTS. Every attending organization has been assigned a B2A ‘COACH’ (Stuart, Andrew, Rowena or Georgina). You will be hearing from them in the next few days. Share your stories, concerns, obstacles, barriers, successes, whatever.
Be ready to give them your 3 NUMBERS (Annual, Scale & Grow, Transformation)… and how you’re doing on reaching them.
